Technological iteration and upgrade! Dual breakthroughs in the structural strength and weather resistance of the curved waterproof box

May 20, 2026, Industry News — Targeting the common problems of outdoor enclosures such as easy deformation, seal failure and poor weather resistance under complex working conditions, the arc-shaped waterproof enclosure has completed comprehensive technical iteration, focusing on three core upgrades: arc mechanical structure optimization, sealing system upgrading and weather-resistant material innovation, which greatly improves the overall protection performance.

The core upgrades include an arc rib reinforced structure formed by integral molding, which disperses external wind pressure and snow pressure, increasing the overall stiffness by more than 3 times compared with traditional enclosures and enhancing deformation and impact resistance against severe weather such as strong winds, blizzards and hailstorms. The optimized arc sealing fitting technology ensures precise closure of the curved door, eliminating gap deviation and avoiding seal aging and displacement after long-term use. Meanwhile, the 180° wide opening design with thickened anti-rust hinges and multi-point locking structure balances structural strength and maintenance convenience, suitable for outdoor security, power distribution, outdoor energy storage and other harsh scenarios.
