Customized curved waterproof enclosures delivered in bulk, suitable for complex outdoor engineering conditions

April 20, 2026, Project News — Recently, a batch of custom reinforced arc-shaped waterproof enclosures has been successfully delivered to smart transportation and coastal photovoltaic supporting projects. Targeting the complex and harsh on-site working conditions of high salt spray, heavy rainfall, wind and sand, and large day-night temperature differences, the products have been specially customized and upgraded in four dimensions: structure, material, protection and adaptability, perfectly meeting the needs of high-end outdoor engineering projects.

The core customized upgrades include 304 stainless steel integral arc molding technology with anti-fingerprint and anti-corrosion coating, resisting 5000 hours of salt spray corrosion for high-corrosion coastal environments. The widened arc water guide slope greatly improves drainage efficiency and eliminates water accumulation and leakage in heavy rain. The integrated intelligent temperature control heat dissipation structure with dust-proof breathable filter automatically adjusts the internal temperature to avoid equipment damage caused by high-temperature shutdown and low-temperature condensation. Supporting pole-mounted, wall-mounted and floor-mounted installation, the rounded arc corners avoid collision risks during installation and maintenance with higher safety.
